| Explanation | Prédoy [Bulg.], a custom of measuring the milk at the beginning of the milking season.This is a reproduction of the custom at the folklore festival "Rozhen" ’81. The participants celebrate the event with horó dances accompanied by the sounds of bag-pipes. A housewife is giving out ritual food (yoghurt - kíselo mlyáko, ugúrt [Bulg.]; pastry – bánitsa [Bulg.]; fresh/unripe cheese – pryásno sírene [Bulg.]). |
